Level II trauma Shifts: 24-hour call, 7a-7a Schedule: 5 to 6-day blocks twice per month Average Daily Census: 3 consults, 2 procedures Setting: Inpatient Facility: 18 ICU beds, 18 telemetry beds, and 10 CMU beds Duties: Interventional cardiology procedures, balloon pumps, coronary stents, IVUS, IFR, and TEE preferred Support Staff: APPs Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses This western Idaho location offers a blend of outdoor recreation and scenic landscapes, making it a desirable destination for work and relaxation. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) National Institutes of Health (NIH) Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Active unencumbered INT (Internal Medicine) Idaho state license Graduate from a fully accredited INT (Internal Medicine) program One year of work experience as INT (Internal Medicine) One year of EMR experience Board Certified SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills. Participates in relevant continuing education programs. Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise. A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital. Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks. Requirements
