Overview
The Doctors Clinic is currently seeking a BE/BC otolaryngologist to join our team of healthcare professionals at our Salmon Medical Center in Silverdale, Washington. This partnership opportunity is open due to retirement.
Enjoy a Monday through Friday general ENT outpatient practice seeing all ages. Each physician is supported by 2 MA/back office assistants and has direct access to 2 audiologists and 2 sound booths. Guaranteed 1 OR day a week that takes place just 1 block away at the new state of the art St. Michael Medical Center. Evening phone call for TDC patients is 1:2, and shared hospital call is 1:4, scheduled a week at a time.
There is a great need for ENT services in the community and a physician can expect to grow a robust practice quickly!
Responsibilities Provide general ENT outpatient care for patients of all ages in a Monday through Friday schedule. Collaborate with a support team including two medical assistants/back office staff, two audiologists, and access to two sound booths. Participate in hospital call and clinic scheduling as described.
Compensation & Benefits Payer details include a 2 year guaranteed salary with productivity bonus potential. Eligible to become a shareholder after 2 years. A comprehensive benefit package is provided, along with signing and relocation bonuses and a CME allowance.

Salary & Eligibility
The salary range for this position is $450,000 to $500,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic’s compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant.
Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based on full time employment for assigned job classification/description, and complies with current PSA agreement.
