Job Summary: The SVP, Corporate Strategy & Development will be a critical member of UCT’s senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s long-term growth strategy, including strategic planning, portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and market development. In addition, the SVP will serve as a trusted advisor and key partner to the CEO, helping drive alignment across the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring disciplined execution of top priorities, and representing the CEO’s office with both internal and external stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead development and execution of corporate strategic initiatives, including long-range planning, portfolio management, and key performance frameworks, while ensuring CEO priorities are translated into actionable outcomes across the enterprise. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in new markets, technologies, and business models, with a focus on semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors. Drive M&A activities end-to-end: sourcing, diligence, valuation, deal structuring, negotiation, and post-deal integration planning, providing CEO and Board with clear insights and recommendations. Partner with the CEO and executive team to align organizational focus, monitor progress on critical initiatives, and hold teams accountable for delivery. Develop and manage strategic partnerships, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, and collaborations to accelerate growth and innovation. Provide rigorous financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development to support CEO- and Board-level decision-making. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and messaging for CEO meetings, Board updates, and key external engagements. Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments to anticipate opportunities and risks, offering proactive insights to inform the CEO’s agenda. Streamline communication and reporting across functions to enhance alignment and ensure the CEO has visibility into progress on strategic initiatives. Represent UCT in external forums, conferences, and industry associations to strengthen its strategic position, occasionally serving as a proxy for the CEO when appropriate. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex data and dynamics into actionable recommendations. Deep expertise in corporate development, M&A execution, and strategic partnerships within manufacturing or semiconductor industries. Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to represent the CEO and influence senior leaders, Board members, and external stakeholders. Proven ability to drive alignment, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure disciplined execution of top priorities. Strong financial acumen with proven ability to build and evaluate detailed business cases and models. High degree of adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for technology and innovation. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures. Education and Experience Requirements

: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field required. MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred. 15+ years of progressive professional experience, with significant leadership responsibility in strategic development, corporate strategy, or M&A within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or related high-tech industries. Proven success in driving growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and large-scale strategic initiatives. Join UCT
