Indiana UniversityHealth Medical Group (IUHMG) and the Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSOM) Division of Cardiovascular Medicine are recruiting a General Cardiologist to join our team at the IU Health Adult Academic Health Center and Eskenazi Health. The Academic Health Center is the tertiary/quaternary referral center for the statewide IU Health System and a major teaching hospital of IUSOM. Eskenazi Hospital is the safety net hospital for Marion County and a major teaching hospital for IUSOM. All cardiology services at Eskenazi Health are provided by faculty cardiologists.
Our established practice with 40 Physicians and 30 Advanced Practice Providers offers the full range of cardiac services from prevention and population health to implanted heart‑assist devices and cardiac transplantation. The Cardio-Oncology service provides office consultation and testing at Methodist Hospital, Schwarz Cancer Center at the North Hospital and the Simon Cancer Center.

Construction for the new hospital is well underway and set to open in late 2027. It will feature three 16-story towers with 864 beds. IU School of Medicine is also constructing a medical education and research building directly east of the new hospital.
