Head of Sales - North America | Optable. Remote (East Coast preferred). Optable is a privacy-first identity and data collaboration platform helping publishers and media companies monetize first-party data in a post-cookie world. Backed by $20M in funding from TELUS Global Ventures, Hearst Ventures, and others, we work with industry leaders like Hearst, iHeart, Unity, and Raptive to power the future of privacy-safe advertising. We are hiring a Head of Sales (North America) to drive growth and lead our AE team. This is a player-coach role where you’ll identify, build, and close complex enterprise software deals while managing, mentoring, and forecasting for a growing sales team. You’ll shape go-to-market strategy, expand publisher relationships, and help us hit ambitious revenue targets. Responsibilities
Identify, build, and close complex enterprise software deals with a focus on $1M+ ARR opportunities. Lead, manage, mentor, and forecast for a growing sales team (AE team). Shape and execute go-to-market strategy for North America. Expand publisher relationships and partnerships to drive revenue growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to achieve revenue targets. Qualifications
Senior ad-tech leader with a track record of closing $1M+ ARR enterprise deals. Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams. Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and forecast for a growing pipeline. About Optable
