What You Will Do
As a
Member of Technical Staff – Firmware , you’ll take ownership of embedded firmware development across wearable cameras, body-mounted devices, and rugged IoT sensors deployed in demanding environments. You will: Design and build robust embedded firmware
for ESP32-based platforms and sensor arrays. Develop real-time data processing systems
to capture, compress, and stream video/sensor data with efficiency and reliability. Architect scalable device management frameworks
that support over-the-air updates, fleet monitoring, and remote troubleshooting. Integrate hardware and software at a low level,
including drivers and interfaces for cameras, sensors, wireless modules, and power management systems. Enable edge AI inference,
bridging embedded systems with on-device ML models. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining firmware architectures that scale from hundreds to tens of thousands of devices. Ideal Candidate Background
We are looking for a technical leader with a passion for embedded systems and hands-on coding. The ideal candidate brings: 7+ years
of experience in embedded firmware development and microcontroller programming. Deep expertise in C/C++ programming
for embedded platforms (experience with ESP32 strongly preferred). Strong background in camera interfaces, sensor integration, and real-time data processing. Hands-on experience with wireless protocols
(WiFi, Bluetooth, cellular) and power optimization. Proven experience deploying production-grade IoT devices at scale. Systems-level thinking
for hardware-software co-design. Preferred Qualifications
B.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Experience with edge AI integration, video streaming protocols, and embedded Linux development. Familiarity with ruggedized or industrial-grade hardware systems. Prior work in construction technology, manufacturing, robotics, or other harsh-environment domains. Publications, patents, or contributions in embedded systems or IoT architecture. Compensation and Benefits

$200K – $300K Equity:
