Our rapidly growing,hospital-employed team in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Board Certified or BoardEligible Nocturnist to join our collaborative and highly respected hospitalistprogram. This full-time position offers a balanced 15-on/15-off schedule, modernfacilities, and the support of a full complement of in-house specialties. Thisis a unique opportunity to practice in a state-of-the-art medical center thatdelivers comprehensive care with strong specialty support, an open ICU, and awork culture that prioritizes physician well-being and professional growth.
Practice Highlights:
Full-time hospital-employedposition
15 on / 15 off nocturnistschedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Work alongside a dedicatednocturnist counterpart and Pulmonary/Critical Care physician
Supported by TelemedicineCritical Care/Pulmonology and on-call specialists
Procedure experiencepreferred, but not required
Experienced day hospitalistteam with 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
1:5 nursing-patient ratio,adjusted for acuity
Average hospitalist dailycensus: 15 patients
Access to state-of-the-artdiagnostics and technology

36-bed acute care hospitalwith full specialty backup
10-bed Open ICU
2 catheterization labs with8-bed pre/post-procedure unit
5 operating rooms plus4-room ambulatory surgery center
5 dedicated observation beds
8-bed Emergency Departmentwith experienced, responsive staff

Requirements:
MD or DO degree
from an accredited medical school Board Certified / BoardEligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Eligible for medicallicensure in the State of Montana Experience and comfort withhospital procedures preferred Strong clinical acumen,decision-making skills, and communication abilities Commitment to high-quality,patient-centered care and teamwork Why Great Falls, Montana?
