Facility Coverage : 5 Day Shift Physicians, 1 Day Shift Physician Admitter, 1 Night Shift Physician, 3 Day Shift NP / PA, 1 NP / PA Day Shift NP / PA Admitter, 1 Night Shift NP / PA.
ICU : Not Open
EMR : Meditech
Requirements : Active MO License & DEA, MO Control Substance License, ACLS, Case Logs for past 2 years in HM.
Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days
500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
