Rheumatologist – Indianapolis, IN Position Highlights: Join an established rheumatology practice with two physicians and one advanced practice provider Full-time, hospital-employed position with a long-term partnership opportunity Practice specializes in arthritis, osteoporosis, and other rheumatic/musculoskeletal diseases Monday–Friday schedule with 4½-day workweek 36 patient contact hours + 4 hours of administrative time Average 18–20 patients per day Dedicated MA support, including one focused on prior authorizations Opportunity for outreach to regional Franciscan locations Over 150 new patient referrals monthly from a robust primary care base Close collaboration with Physical Medicine, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Pain Management, and Neuroscience No fibromyalgia or general pain management cases Mentorship available for new graduates Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with income guarantee and bonus incentives Generous recruitment package including:
