Overview The ideal candidate will possess skills in laparoscopic procedures, alongside a comprehensive knowledge of general urology. The selected provider should demonstrate exceptional clinical outcomes, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills with patients and their families.

We are in search of a urologist with outstanding clinical and leadership abilities as we continue to expand this premier urologic practice. The successful candidate will collaborate with three other experienced urologists, including two uro-oncologists. The facility favors a General Urologist, considering that two of the three providers are already trained in robotic surgery and focus on uro-oncology.

The on-call schedule will follow a 1:4 rotation. In addition to access to the hospital operating room, there is a well-equipped outpatient surgery center available to the urologists, both facilities featuring da Vinci surgical systems. The clinic is situated in an aesthetically pleasing building that also houses primary care and pediatrics.

CMG provides all clinic personnel, including an on-site practice coordinator. The institution boasts a diverse array of specialists across most internal medicine subspecialties, as well as numerous surgical subspecialties. Our Emergency Care Center has consistently been ranked among the best in the nation. As a Level 2 trauma center, we offer specialized care certified for both pediatrics and geriatrics. Our geriatrics area in the Emergency Care Center is exemplary, featuring immediate access to therapists and social workers, disposable hearing and visual aids, and more comfortable bedding. We are equipped with new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, which include two of the most advanced da Vinci HD robots, a new hybrid operating suite, and the ARTIS pheno, a robotic C-arm angiography system utilized for minimally invasive interventional procedures. This innovative robotic technology is the first of its kind in the Great Lakes Bay Region and the second in Michigan, significantly enhancing surgical visualization.
