Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose The physician will deliver professional medical services within the specialty, including direct patient care, medical record documentation, MyChart consultations, inbasket management, patient education, and collaboration with care team members. Responsibilities Manage patient panels, coordinating inpatient hospital care through rounds or arrangements with hospitalists or other physicians, ensuring compliance with Medical Staff requirements. Collaborate with patients, families, and care team members to ensure optimal outcomes at designated clinics and outreach locations. Perform and document histories and physicals as required by hospital bylaws. Provide or arrange call coverage for outpatient and inpatient care, adhering to policies and standards. Teach and collaborate with advanced practice providers and support staff involved in patient care. This is a safety-sensitive role; constant alertness and safe work practices are essential. Doctorate in Medicine Experience:
No supervisor experience required; 0 years Licenses & Certifications:
Board eligible or certified; Licensed Physician Preferred Experience:
2-5 years
