Ophthalmologist/Cataract Surgeon (non private equity) - Partnership

Seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist, with or without subspecialty training, whose focus is being part of a growth oriented, goal oriented, and teamwork business plan for comprehensive eyecare and surgery. We are not private equity. Major emphasis is on cataract surgery but provides a holistic approach to eyecare and surgery. This highly successful ophthalmology practice is located 45 minutes south of Atlanta with easy access to the mountains as well as coastal Georgia. Two locations with third location soon. Key Features of this offer: Must have excellent surgical skills since this is a surgically oriented practice with emphasis on glaucoma and cataract procedures. Partnership eligible after 2 years with buy in available for practice, surgery center, and future real estate investments Great compensation package (initial base salary with production bonus built in 2nd year, plus sign on bonus) - pay based on experience level and fellowship training (see range below) Positive, team-oriented culture We are an affiliated Emory Eye Center Retina satellite clinic with great academic support for challenging cases Board eligible or Board certified
