About the v0 team: The v0 team operates like a Series A startup within Vercel, with all GTM roles reporting into the VP of Sales, v0. This structure enables fast, autonomous decision-making and cross-functional collaboration to solve for a user persona distinct from Vercel—tech-adjacent roles like product managers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, and business users of internal applications and dashboards. We are in the early stages of v0, and joining now means shaping our GTM motion and product evolution. About the Role

We are seeking an SDR Manager to build and lead the v0 Sales Development team. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about scaling outbound programs, coaching talent, and partnering cross-functionally to drive meaningful pipeline at the top of the funnel. You will hire, develop, and manage a team of SDRs focused on engaging a range of personas at some of the world’s most innovative companies. What You Will Do

Hire, train, and develop a team of outbound SDRs Coach your team on prospecting and campaign development through 1:1s, call reviews, email coaching, and other formats as needed Monitor and report on the team’s performance against input and output metrics Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on demand generation strategy, sales play development, messaging, and more Support the v0 VP of Sales in defining the team’s operating model, targets, and headcount needs About You

2+ years experience managing SDRs at a technology company 5+ years experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or a similar function Experience hiring SDRs and building a successful SDR team Proven track record of team quota attainment Bonus If You

Have closing experience as an Account Executive Have sold to Product, Design or GTM Have experience with modern sales tools (Salesforce and Outreach preferred) Have worked in Sales at an early or growth stage technology startup Vercel, Next.js, or any other technical background or understanding Competitive compensation package, including equity. The San Francisco, CA OTE range for this role is $167,000-$204,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location, and the total package includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
