The Director of Partnerships and Engagement is responsible for creating and sustainingstrategic connections between Trine University and its authorized K–12 schools, witha primary focus on increasing university matriculation among students from EducationOne public charter schools. This role supports partnership development through communityengagement and strategic communication, including digital media and storytelling toamplify the partnership’s impact. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Build and sustain mutually beneficial partnerships between Trine University and EducationOne K–12 partner schools. Lead initiatives that strengthen the matriculation pipeline from K–12 schools to theuniversity (e.g., dual enrollment, student visits). Use enrollment and outreach data to continually refine strategies and improve matriculationoutcomes. Identify and pursue grant opportunities that support partnership development and outreachprograms. Plan and represent Education One at community outreach events, K–12 celebrations,and university recruitment activities. Collaborate with university departments and faculty to align Trine’s resources withK–12 school needs. Cultivate relationships with school leaders, community organizations, and universitypartners to broaden support networks. Develop and oversee social media and digital content to showcase partnership successand increase engagement. Monitor, evaluate, and report on partnership outcomes, matriculation data, and engagementmetrics. Serve as a liaison and effective communicator across internal and external stakeholdersto advance partnership goals. Support other university and charter school initiatives as needed to promote studentsuccess and institutional collaboration. Additional duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in education, communication, public relations, or a related fieldand at least three years of related experience. Master’s degree in relevant fieldand/or experience working with K-12 schools, charter school systems, or higher educationadmissions is preferred.
