$190,000 – $260,000 About the Role: Collaborate with President of Government Affairs Mark Beall to lead AIPN’s lobbying and advocacy strategy, forging bipartisan relationships and turning our AGI-preparedness agenda into real policy wins. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute federal legislative strategies Represent AIPN in high-level meetings with policymakers Draft bill language, policy briefs, and testimony Coordinate coalition efforts with external lobbyists and partners Mentor junior advocacy staff and manage advocacy KPIs Qualifications: 8+ years in government affairs, lobbying, or senior Hill roles Deep understanding of the U.S. legislative process and national-security issues Robust bipartisan network, especially on Armed Services, Commerce, Intelligence, or Judiciary committees Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven leadership and team-management experience Apply Here Director of Legislative Engagements

$110,000 – $160,000 About the Role: Drive AIPN’s day-to-day outreach on Capitol Hill—tracking AI legislation, briefing lawmakers, and organizing hearings—to ensure Congress is prepared for the rapid advance of AI and AGI. Key Responsibilities: Craft and execute legislative-engagement plans Monitor bills, mark-ups, and hearings on AI policy Cultivate bipartisan relationships with lawmakers and their staff Organize briefings, draft testimony, and serve as spokesperson Provide rapid analysis to AIPN senior leadership Qualifications: 3–7 years in legislative affairs or congressional staff roles Demonstrated network on Capitol Hill Strong grasp of AI policy, tech, or national-security issues Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Apply Here Junior Associate

Key Responsibilities: Conduct rapid research and draft internal memos Track AI-related legislation and committee activity Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics Draft social posts, newsletters, and website updates Support day-to-day operations and special projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills Keen interest in AI policy and technology governance Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) People person with strong interpersonal skills Self-directed initiator with an upbeat, whatever-it-takes attitude Apply Here
