Compensation:
$500K-$550K guaranteed; Partners earn $845K-$1.6M annually + $339K+ ASC distributions. Schedule:
4-5 days/week. Fridays are half-days. Call only 2 nights/month, 2 weekends/year. Support:
2 NPs per physician (serves as scribe + admin + patient support), plus long-tenured nurses/techs. Facilities:
