As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in delivering preventive and therapeutic dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dental team to provide exceptional care and education, helping to improve the oral health of the underserved communities we serve. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct dental hygiene assessments and screenings Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Assist the dentist with exams and treatments as needed Maintain accurate patient records and charts Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols Qualifications:
Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of California Minimum of 1 years of experience in a dental hygiene role (preferred) Passion for working with diverse and underserved populations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
