What You’ll Do Navitas is seeking a highly experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and user-focused SharePoint solutions across multiple versions (2007–2019 On-Premises and SharePoint Online). The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of development and administration experience, a strong technical background, and a proven ability to deliver business-critical SharePoint solutions across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SharePoint solutions for multiple departmental systems, including:
DPSCS Inquiry System (DIS)
Social Work Statistics (SWS)
HR Record Management (RM)
Social Work Release Plans
HR Employee Relations (HRER)
Medical Contracts Document Exchange (MCDE)
Reentry Services Statistics (RS)
ROC – Programs and Services
Develop custom applications and web parts using C#, ASP.NET, SPFx, Visual Studio, JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS.
Implement workflows and automation solutions using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Nintex.
Configure and manage SharePoint services such as User Profiles, Search Services, Excel Services, and Managed Metadata Service.
Migrate legacy SharePoint sites/content to SharePoint 2019 or Online using PowerShell scripts and other migration tools.
Develop and integrate solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
Create and manage SQL stored procedures, queries, views, and functions for back-end integrations.
Administer SharePoint permissions and ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.
Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support, resolve tickets in Remedy, and participate in on-call rotations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
What You’ll Need
10+ years of SharePoint development and administration experience (2007–2019 On-Premises and SharePoint Online).
Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, SPFx, Visual Studio, PowerShell, SQL Server, IIS, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, CSOM, JSOM, and JSON.
Proven success in SharePoint migrations and document management strategies.
Strong experience with workflow automation (SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Nintex).
Hands-on knowledge of SharePoint central administration and service configurations.
Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable SharePoint solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
Set Yourself Apart
Experience with DPSCS systems or other justice/public safety applications.
Familiarity with Remedy or similar ITSM platforms.
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall development environments.
Microsoft SharePoint or related Microsoft technology certifications.
