Overview

As Centri continues its rapid expansion—including through targeted acquisitions—the CFO will play a key role in driving financial strategy, supporting M&A execution, and building a scalable infrastructure for sustained growth. A key member of the executive team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reporting to the CEO, will serve as a strategic business partner and be responsible for oversight of the Finance function within the Firm. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial activities of the Firm including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and treasury. $250,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr Core Responsibilities

Build, develop and lead a strong Finance department. Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the accounting and finance functions through direct supervision and overall goal setting for the department. Serve as key business partner and contributor to growth strategies, business development programs and long-range planning, ensuring that current revenue-generating strategies create Firm value. Prepare special analyses/evaluations in support of major business decisions. Ensure that standardized financial management policies and procedures are in place and followed; evaluate internal controls and maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions. Partner with the CEO, executive team and Head of Corporate Development to evaluate and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities that align with Centri’s long-term growth goals including financial due diligence, integration planning, post-close integration and advising on capital strategy and financing alternatives. Collaboratively develop operating policies and procedures and improvement programs for the achievement of business objectives. Build and maintain primary banking relationships. Coordinate the reconciliation of all cash accounts, provide investment oversight, including cash management. Direct the Firm’s annual budget process. Oversee the short- and long-term financial health of the Firm. Provide financial guidance to management on budgetary controls, costs, pricing, cost estimating or other special assignments. Provide strategic fiscal planning to offer a basis for future decision-making in the Firm, including future expansion. Present financial, legal and other operational items to executive management and the Firm Advisory Board. Work closely with the CHRO to review employee benefit plans and annual renewal analysis. Oversee the Firm’s agreements, contracts and engagement letters with respect to legal requirements, proposed modifications and risk identification partnering with outside counsel as appropriate. Coordinate filing of income and all other tax returns and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements and policies. Oversee the preparation of annual K-1 tax worksheets/schedules. Coordinate with external auditors and Human Resources for annual benefit plan audits. Partner with the CEO and executive team to evaluate growth strategies, including finance structures, M&A opportunities, and other capital financing alternatives. Qualifications

BS in Accounting, Finance or Business expected. CPA certification or MBA degree is required. Minimum of 20 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 10 years of experience at the executive level. At least 10 years of experience in the professional services industry. M&A and Capital Financing experience preferred. Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP platform valued. Experience overseeing a multiple office environment preferred. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. Strong appreciation for procedure, process and operational excellence. Excellent presentation skills; strong executive presence and public speaking ability. Strong network of external professional contacts. Ability to write accurately and succinctly.
