Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive who is responsible for managing and leading the financial initiatives of Triangle Community Foundation. The CFO’s primary responsibilities are to establish and maintain optimal financial and accounting operations and controls, oversight of the investment portfolios and treasury/cash flow management, timely and effective financial reporting, and input in the organization’s strategic direction. Reporting to the President and CEO, the Chief Financial Officer is a member of the Foundation’s Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the Finance team operations. The CFO works closely with the President and CEO, COO, Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors, and provides a high-level of internal and external leadership on behalf of the Foundation.
