Overview
Asset Management Analyst at BRIDGE Housing Corporation. The Analyst will be an integral part of the Asset Management Team responsible for executing the business plan for a portfolio of affordable multi-family assets. The Analyst will support the Lead Asset Manager in evaluating market conditions, operations, property conditions, staffing, compliance, capital expenditures, rent collection, and leasing opportunities. This position is onsite 3 days a week and based in the San Francisco corporate office. Base pay range

Complete and file monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure compliance with lender, investor, and tax credit funding requirements Assist in identifying and escalating significant issues to the Asset Manager/Senior Asset Manager Attend weekly asset management calls to discuss priorities and contribute to best practices Participate in regular portfolio management meetings relevant to assigned properties Contribute to the annual property budgeting process, including developing and maintaining cash flow and distribution projections for assigned properties Update property databases Assist in periodic inspections of assets in sub-portfolios, focusing on troubled assets Assist in annual property tax exemption filings Support reserve reimbursement and other capital project funding processes Research and understand key documents (audits, partnership and financing agreements, regulatory agreements, insurance, tax returns, etc.) Analyze monthly property budget-to-actual results against proforma and KPIs Assist with monthly, quarterly, annual, and special reporting to boards, senior management, investors, lenders, and regulators Train and support new staff as needed Assist with special projects and provide support to the asset management team as requested Qualifications
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate (owner, lender, manager, syndicator, agency, or real estate consulting) BS/BA degree preferred Basic knowledge of finance, operations, and accounting principles in commercial real estate; willingness to learn Affordable housing knowledge is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Demonstrated eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within the team Ability to collaborate effectively with property management and ownership teams Diplomatic and assertive problem-solving approach with self-motivation Curiosity and willingness to explore new approaches Flexibility to travel to properties Working conditions
Office environment with occasional travel to property sites Typically standard workweek Physical requirements
Prolonged standing or sitting; ability to travel to offsite locations and tour properties Manual dexterity to operate equipment as needed Ability to view computer monitors for extended periods Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds General
