Our client is a premier Private Equity Firm that invest primarily in Real Estate related investments, currently seeking to add a highly motivated Senior Analyst to their growing Acquistions/Investments Team. This opportunity is very well suited for a Real Estate professional who has passion for Investing and is looking for end to end deal exposure. About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing /underwriting transactions from start to finish (must possess superior modeling and written and verbal communication skills (Board Presentations). This team will touch deals within all Asset Classes (Real Estate) and encompass the following responsibilities: investments acquisitions deal analysis investment research pitch presentation financial modeling and underwriting Responsibilities
Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities Create detailed financial analyses utilizing both Microsoft Excel and ARGUS to evaluate prospective and existing investments Review of company financials performance, attribution analysis, financial review, and creation of detailed models Prepare investment Committee Research with regards to data evaluating potential acquisition targets Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Investment Committee including financing and lending data Prepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimates Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis Work with Compliance, Legal and Marketing Teams Oversee back-testing of investments analytical framework and cash-flow forecasts Qualifications
Minimum of 1+ years Real Estate: Investments/Asset Management/Research/Investment Banking (M&A) or applicable Private Equity/Real Estate experience 1+ years of professional experience mandatory Top Academic pedigree (GPA 3.5) Corporate Development/M&A/Transaction Advisory/Asset Management Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills ARGUS Modeling experience required Superior written and verbal communication skills Required Skills
