Build and grow accounting disciplines: financial reporting, technical accounting, AP, payroll, international accounting, corporate accounting and consolidations, tax, treasury, and risk. Technical accounting: interpret and implement ASC 606, ASC 842; develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures. Internal controls and audit management: design and maintain internal controls over financial reporting; manage external audits as primary liaison. Systems and process optimization: ensure scalable tech stack and processes; drive automation and efficiency (ERP—NetSuite preferred; expense management and billing systems). Strategic partnership: collaborate with FP&A, Sales, Legal and other stakeholders to provide insight, inform forecasting, support initiatives, and ensure proper accounting treatment for new products and transactions. Team leadership and development: hire and develop a high-performing accounting team; foster learning, accountability, and excellence. Scalability and public company readiness: prepare for future growth, potential M&A, and SOX readiness. Your Approach

thrive in high-growth environments; design scalable systems and processes that power a world-class accounting function. Strategic Doer:

fast-paced, high-impact role; define best practices, drive improvements across controls, reporting, audit readiness, and financial operations; own and accelerate work with independence and urgency. Risk-Aware and Integrity-Focused:
