Global Strategic Account Director
is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meets targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. This position reports to the Senior Director of Global Strategic Accounts and is part of the Direct Sales team under Commercial Operations; it is fully remote. What you will do
Develop and lead strategy, partnerships and teams supporting Cytiva's largest global accounts. Create and lead executive interactions, collaborations, and negotiations. Develop lasting relationships at the C-suite level that position Cytiva and Danaher as strategic partners. Resolve complex business problems by applying advanced critical thinking and coordinating company-wide resources to provide comprehensive solutions across Cytiva’s portfolio. Negotiate with knowledge and capacity when dealing with highly complex relationships with customers, partners, competitors or suppliers within a multi-cultural context. Who you are
Natural executive presence with prior senior-level experience in Life Science or a similar industry. Creative and visionary mindset with demonstrated leadership to implement customer strategy and drive growth. Ability to negotiate with senior leaders and influence opinions within Cytiva, Danaher, and external organizations, with audience sensitivity. 10+ years of experience in life sciences, biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industry and market trends; ability to assimilate technical knowledge and translate into business opportunities. Bachelor’s degree; advanced scientific degree and MBA are preferred. Travel, Motor Vehicle & Environment
Ability to travel up to 50% (overnight, international, and by air). Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad range of benefits. The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000, with bonus/incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. This range may be modified in the future. Note: Pay amounts are not wages or compensation until earned, vested, and determinable.
