Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Solutions Management, who wiill be responsible for comprehensive client account management, maximizing client savings through innovative service expansion, and fostering client retention. This leadership role demands a balance of strategic insight and operational execution, with significant collaboration across departments and leadership. Building trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders is essential to success. You will lead client savings program management, address objections, resolve complex challenges, and mentor a high-performing team. Qualifications Bachelors Degree Required 8+ years consulting-related experience with 4+ years in management, complemented by a bachelor’s degree Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with C-level clients and drive sales growth Strong leadership skills to manage, mentor, and develop teams while ensuring successful project delivery Exceptional communication, analytical, and objection-handling abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and urgency Collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork, managing client savings programs, and ensuring compliance Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with senior leadership to oversee and optimize a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring deliverables consistently align with or exceed strategic objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level client stakeholders, maintaining discretion while driving alignment with contractual service levels and engagement goals. Leverage advanced data analysis and industry insight to uncover cost-saving opportunities, streamline operations, and expand service impact into new spend categories. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, correlations, and strategic opportunities; provide consultative recommendations rooted in best-in-class spend practices. Proactively anticipate and resolve client challenges with discretion, ensuring smooth issue management throughout the client lifecycle. Liaise cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain ongoing financial impact reporting, implementation tracking, and vendor negotiation oversight. Why choose Addison Group?
