Commercial Director
Derbyshire (East Midlands, commutable from Nottingham & Leicester)
£90,000 – £120,000 + Bonus + Benefits (potential LTIP)

entrepreneurial Commercial Director
to join their senior leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to take a seat at the table and play a pivotal role in driving
growth, customer strategy, and innovative commercial opportunities . What you’ll be doing: Shape
B2B & B2C customer strategies
aligned to the company’s mission. Drive
marketing and brand growth , attracting new clients and strengthening existing relationships. Deliver
exceptional customer experiences
and demonstrate how to build
lifetime client value . Identify and execute
new commercial opportunities
through acquisitions, partnerships, or expansion. Lead and inspire a passionate
customer services team . Collaborate with the
CEO and Board
to monitor performance and set ambitious goals. What we’re looking for: Proven
commercial leadership experience
within a growth-focused business. Strong background in
sales, marketing, and customer engagement . Demonstrable experience of
building lifetime client value
through innovative strategies. A
strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
with sharp analytical skills. Experience of a
multi site operation or branch network Natural leader
who inspires collaboration and team spirit. What’s on offer: Salary
