What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary relationship lead for HNW clients, delivering a high-touch, personalized experience
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to implement advanced investment and financial planning strategies
Mentor and oversee Client Service Associates on reporting, documentation, and presentations
Participate in client/prospect meetings, events, and business development initiatives
Ensure accurate preparation of custodian paperwork, subscription documents, and client records
Manage client cash and securities movement with precision and care
Coordinate with clients’ attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors as a key relationship liaison
Work with firm leadership to improve operations and client service delivery
Qualifications
8+ years\' of experience in wealth management or advisory roles
Active Series 7 and 66 licenses
A passion for building deep, trust-based client relationships and delivering exceptional service
