Overview: We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support across desktops, servers, and network environments. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining systems to ensure reliable IT operations. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Windows environments, networking, and server applications, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and server issues Configure and maintain Windows desktop operating systems and Active Directory accounts Install and support standard applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Monitor, configure, and support server applications including Microsoft Exchange and SQL Server Manage antivirus and security software across systems Set up and maintain networking equipment (routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points) Support Office 365 and cloud-based applications Document and track issues using ticketing/help desk software Travel to client or office locations as needed to provide onsite support Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively Requirements
1 year of IT support experience Working knowledge of Windows OS (7/8/10), Active Directory, and common business applications Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, and Office 365 Experience with networking technologies and troubleshooting connectivity issues Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills Seniority level
