Overview
Technical Delivery Manager - Mobile at ADI Global Distribution. Lead the end-to-end delivery of globally deployed mobile applications in a hybrid role requiring strategic thinking, hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, designers, and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and scalable delivery of customer-facing digital products. Job Duties
Define and execute a unified digital strategy for mobile applications. Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Provide architectural guidance for mobile applications in alignment with overall architecture. Review and contribute to code to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability. Ensure adherence to best practices in UX, accessibility, SEO, and security. Translate business needs into actionable technical plans and requirements. Identify and mitigate risks early, resolving blockers to ensure smooth delivery. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with UX, marketing, and development partners to prioritize features and enhancements. Ensure alignment of business and technical goals through clear communication and documentation. Monitor performance metrics and proactively seek improvements. You Must Have
5+ years of experience in mobile app and/or web development and delivery. Proven experience managing cross-platform digital projects. Proficiency in mobile frameworks (iOS/Android), front-end and back-end web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js). We Value
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows. Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
