The Senior Credit Analyst will perform and lead fundamental and relative value analyses across investment grade and high yield sectors. The role requires strong communication skills and teamwork, with a focus on decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Analyze quantitative and qualitative factors influencing credit quality. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models. Lead analytical coverage of a portfolio of Investment Grade and High Yield credits. Produce written credit research reports and update notes. Synthesize information to analyze new corporate bond issues. Present new investment recommendations to the portfolio management team. Make trade recommendations and liaise with portfolio managers and trading desk. Attend company management meetings and similar events. Represent the team on internal committees regarding processes and systems. Develop relationships for effective information sharing across the business. Mentor junior members of the credit team. Required Experience
Strong experience in High Yield credit. Broad credit analyst experience covering various sectors and grades. Relevant experience at an asset management firm, hedge fund, credit fund, investment bank, or private equity firm. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree at minimum; MBA or other advanced degree and CFA/CPA designations are a plus. Outstanding track record in credit/risk analysis and investment recommendations. Deep knowledge of Credit Risk Research processes, valuation techniques, and regulations. Strong Excel skills for modeling and financial forecasting. Salary Range
$184,021.00 - $212,527.00, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.
