As growth is realized, this role will grow in scope, responsibility and compensation. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions and funding initiatives. Develop budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics to guide growth and investment. Analyze results and provide clear, actionable insights to founders and leadership. Partner with R&D, operations, and business development teams to evaluate new opportunities and product lines. Prepare financial reports and presentations for investors, board members, and internal stakeholders. Identify risks and opportunities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Qualifications: Verifiable track record in some form of work toward environmental sustainability. PASSION. Experience and expertise in company FP&A and related applications: excel, Power BI, ERP, Applied AI. Ability to present redacted examples of your past analysis and recommendations. Excellent interpersonal, communications and project management skills.
