Responsibilities
Handling cases from inception to resolution
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Conducting and defending depositions
Attending court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences
Engaging directly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active California Bar license (in good standing)
3+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance or personal injury defense
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to handle cases with autonomy and contribute to a collaborative team environment
