Position is eligible for membership in the Lake Washington Education Support Professionals. Job Summary
The Associate Principal Secretary at RHS plays a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of the school. This position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating logistics for school activities, and serving as a key point of contact for staff, students, and families. Key Responsibilities
Schedule meetings and classroom observations for administrative staff and faculty. Coordinate field trips by liaising with teachers, nurses, health room staff, and transportation services to ensure all logistics are managed effectively. Serve as the testing coordinator, overseeing the planning and execution of student assessments. Respond to inquiries from teachers and families, and direct students and parents to the appropriate Associate Principal or staff member based on their needs. Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience in a school administrative setting is preferred. Proficiency in scheduling and coordination tools. Education and Experience
