You will be responsible for auditing Deutsche Bank’s IT Infrastructure and Networks controls. You will be involved in the planning, preparation, coordination and execution of audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of information technology and security controls within Deutsche Bank’s IT infrastructure departments. You will undertake audit assignments, draft and consolidate audit reports as well as tracking and closing audit findings. You will work as part of a global team, spread across the US, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. What You’ll Do
Plan, prepare, coordinate, and execute audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of IT infrastructure controls in accordance with Group Audit’s Methodology Contribute to Continuous Monitoring and overall implementation of Group Audit Methodology Undertake audit assignments, draft and consolidate audit reports for review by audit management, facilitate finding remediation planning, and validate closure of prior audit findings Participate in ad hoc projects and special inquiries Work closely with colleagues in New York, Jacksonville, London, Frankfurt, and Singapore How You’ll Lead
Interact with senior stakeholders in the Bank’s IT department up to Managing Director level Manage a diverse team of auditors supporting each audit, overseeing fieldwork performed and providing constructive feedback where required Skills You’ll Need
University degree in management information systems, accounting, auditing, computer science, engineering or a related scientific degree. Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent qualification in IT, project management or quality management are advantageous Experience in IT infrastructure, IT production management, IT operations (system administrator, network administration, database administration, data centre operations), or software development for IT infrastructure applications Experience in IT Audit, IT risk management, or information technology Fundamental understanding of audit concepts (pre-/post-implementation audits), controls in outsourced environments (e.g., managed services), auditing project management, auditing IT services, and quality management Skills That Will Help You Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all management levels Experience in analyzing and articulating IT infrastructure risks with a solid understanding of IT services and processes in an enterprise setting Flexible, proactive, self-sufficient, and innovative with strong organizational skills to manage targets within budget and meet deadlines Ability to multi-task, prioritize with limited supervision, and remain resilient under pressure Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
