VP Of Security & Surveillance (POD – Las Vegas Multi Property) - Full Time (Paris LV) Caesars Entertainment seeks a Vice President of Security & Surveillance to lead the department responsible for enforcing laws, company policies, and ensuring safety across Caesar properties. The VP plans, directs, coordinates, controls, and staffs all department activities, interfaces with senior management and external agencies, and implements protection and loss prevention philosophies. The VP is the primary conduit between Senior Management and the Department and leads the department in life and property protection and risk reduction. Responsibilities

Lead the Security & Surveillance organization with ethical methods and full compliance with all laws, regulations, and Company policies. Identify compliance risks and take actions to eliminate or minimize risks. Champion honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior; foster an environment where team members report potential violations. Maintain an ethical work environment; prevent inappropriate behavior; recognize and credit others; handle situations honestly. Demonstrate decision making, problem solving, clear communication, leadership, respect, flexibility, energizing others, teamwork, and decisiveness in high-risk contexts. Coordinate with other department heads to implement adequate security measures and administrative activities. Essential Job Functions – Surveillance

Casino Gaming Protection; Slot Gaming and Common Area Protection Property Access Control Systems; Security and Back of House Camera Coverage Security Planning and Development; Liaison to Outside Agencies Surveillance and Investigations Budget; Staff Development Review surveillance logs and reports; communicate findings to President and General Manager Review casino games procedures and theories; share gaming information as issues arise Develop procedures to reduce or eliminate losses; assess long-range security needs and risk analysis Integrate systems involving Surveillance and Security; interact with law enforcement and casino industry agencies Develop annual budget for Surveillance; review and explain budgetary changes; forecast maintenance expenses Hire, train, and evaluate team members; ensure on-site training of gaming procedures; ensure management development attendance Qualifications

College degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required 10 years of Military, Security Management, or Law Enforcement experience preferred 2–3 years Hotel / Casino Security or Surveillance management experience preferred At least 3 years supervisory experience preferred Strong background in gaming industry, security, military, or law enforcement; knowledge of game security and regulatory requirements Basic computer skills; broad knowledge of games, casino rules, procedures, and administration Must know camera equipment and surveillance operations; ability to identify cheating and irregular activities Strong human resources skills; ability to communicate in English and influence others; guest service orientation Must obtain and possess required regulatory licenses and certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness Card AES) and a current valid state driver’s license The statements above describe the general nature and level of work and are not exhaustive.
