Secure Sponsorships to meet or exceed the annual sponsorship goal. Sell Tables/Tickets and engage friends, colleagues, and business contacts. Lead by Example by making a leadership gift during Fund-A-Need and encouraging guests to do the same. Give/Get Commitment Sponsorships (personal or solicited) Table/ticket sales Additional gifts before the event Fund-A-Need contributions (self and guests) Event Participation: Attend the gala and purchase a table. Meetings: Join monthly planning meetings (more frequent closer to the event). Stewardship: Thank and engage a portfolio of 20+ guests/donors. Post-Event Debrief: Participate in feedback and improvement discussions. Recruitment: Help bring in new committee members. Context
