to join a top-tier HFT firm to work with a world-class team of engineers and quants to re-define ultra-low latency trading. Flat structure, high ownership, fast iteration. Design and optimize ultra-low-latency trading systems in modern C++. Collaborate with researchers and traders to deliver production-ready strategies. Analyze performance bottlenecks and push systems to the limit. Qualifications
1+ years (No upper limit) of experience in C++ (C++17 or later preferred) Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, memory models) Degree from a top-tier institution. Internship or full-time experience in trading, hedge funds, or top tech a plus Strong ownership, curiosity, and drive to make an impact Compensation
Compensation range (as required by NYC law): Top-of-market base and performance-based bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skillset, and alignment with role expectations. Location
