Handle healthcare transactional matters, including mergers, joint ventures, and private equity deals Advise clients on regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, and state licensure matters Structure and negotiate complex health care transactions for diverse industry clients Support clients with health industry contracting and corporate governance Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive client solutions Requirements
3-6 years of healthcare transactional experience, including M&A and private equity Demonstrated regulatory experience in areas like fraud and abuse, state licensure, and antitrust Strong communication, research, and analytical skills Proactive, independent problem-solver with a client-focused approach Bar membership in good standing Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
