Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lending Attorney to join our team. You will play a central role in ensuring our financial services clients have strong, enforceable, and well-structured loan documents, while also managing risk and helping with credits, collateral protection, and compliance issues.
Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
What you will do
Negotiate, draft, and review various types of commercial lending documents: loan agreements, promissory notes, security agreements, intercreditor/subordination agreements, guarantees, etc.
Perform legal due diligence (title, UCC, environmental, collateral, risk assessments).
Advise lenders on regulatory & compliance matters associated with lending.
Structure transaction documentation that protects lender interests and mitigates risk.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients (banks, financial institutions) on terms, risk, collateral, closing.
Assist with creditors’ rights / collateral enforcement when defaults occur.
Keep up to date with legislation, case law, and regulatory changes impacting commercial lending and financial services.

What We’re Looking For
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or willingness to become admitted) in good standing.
3-7+ years (or more for a senior role) of commercial lending or financial services litigation/transactional experience.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience with risk analysis, collateral documentation, guarantees, and intercreditor agreements.
Ability to manage a pipeline of transactions under typical closing deadlines.
High attention to detail, strong organization, and excellent communication with both financial and legal stakeholders.
