Responsibilities
Defend clients in employment litigation, including class actions/PAGA cases. Qualifications
3+ years experience in Labor and Employment Law. Admitted to practice in the state of California. Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Experience defending clients in employment litigation, including class action/PAGA cases. Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients. Equal Opportunity
