Civil Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A prominent law firm based in Walnut Creek, CA, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney capable of handling a diverse docket of litigation matters with minimal oversight. This role is ideal for a skilled practitioner who thrives in both autonomous and collaborative environments and is ready to step into cases from initiation through resolution, whether by settlement or trial. The position involves client advocacy, legal drafting, court appearances, and strategic case management.
