Job Title: Managing Delivery Architect - ServiceNow HRSD Architect Location: Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; Houston, TX; Chicago, IL; New Jersey area near NY Travel: 25% The ServiceNow HRSD Architect is a strategic and technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand HR business processes, translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and guiding delivery teams through implementation and optimization. Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions including HR Service Configuration, HR Criteria, Catalog Items, and Security Configurations. Translate business outcomes into technical requirements and solution blueprints. Optimize service catalogs and SLAs through process mapping and taxonomy consolidation. Development & Configuration: Develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and UI Builder interfaces. Implement lifecycle events, activity sets, and automated triggers for onboarding / offboarding. Configure HR templates, record producers, and dynamic assignment rules for case management workflows. Integration & Performance: Design and implement integrations with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, and SAP using REST APIs or Integration Hub. Troubleshoot and optimize HRSD performance using instance health dashboards, database index analyzers, and workflow reviews. Ensure GDPR compliance through domain separation and location-based ACLs. Governance & Leadership: Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on ServiceNow HRSD capabilities. Mentor junior developers and guide cross-functional teams through delivery cycles. Provide technical documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and operational playbooks. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect with HRSD focus Deep knowledge of HR processes, case management, and knowledge management. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Developer, and HRSD Implementation Specialist. Proficiency in JavaScript, REST / SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting tools. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and client-facing consulting. Familiarity with HRSD performance optimization and access control strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Key Competencies
