Audax Group is seeking an Analyst/Associate for its Portfolio Support Group in Boston, MA. This role involves collaborating with deal teams, portfolio company management, and third-party consultants to enhance value creation and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities
Support Portfolio Support sub-teams to drive value creation and protection throughout the deal lifecycle. Assist or lead high-impact projects and perform analytics across various teams and portfolio company executives. Prepare insightful presentations for key meetings with portfolio company executives and Audax management. Coordinate “Communities of Practice” to foster collaboration and share best practices. Develop and monitor key performance indicators for portfolio company performance. Assess and streamline process workflows to optimize efficiency and accuracy. Maintain data quality and integrity for analytics and reporting. Required Experience
2-5 years in a client-facing role with a strong focus on analytics and presentation creation. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Experience in strategy consulting or advisory roles for private equity is preferred. Experience in functional areas such as finance, technology, commercial strategy, or Responsible Investment is preferred. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) with a high GPA preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with data tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, GenAI) is preferred. Advanced skills in Excel and strong PowerPoint presentation skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Location: Boston, MA (4 days/week in office).
