AVP/VP, Actuarial Modeling & Analytics
to join our Product & Data team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build our actuarial modeling capabilities from the ground up and help drive smarter, faster decision-making across the company. What You’ll Do
Build predictive pricing models using actuarial + ML techniques Partner with engineering to shape data strategy and ensure model-ready data Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, and finance Own the full model lifecycle: idea → build → deploy Mentor others and help grow a best-in-class analytics team What We’re Looking For
Credentialed actuary or statistical background with strong P&C pricing experience (E&S a plus) Skilled in Python or R, SQL, and Excel Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Startup mindset: proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity Collaborative, curious, and passionate about building something great Why Us?
