(SNA), a wholly owned subsidiary of SNI. Responsibilities
Manages the development, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following accounting systems in accordance with IFRS policies and procedure: Ensures execution of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close under the company’s timeline Prepares & posts monthly journal entries – payroll uploads, expense accruals, allocation and amortization journals, balance sheet reconciliation journals, etc. Performs account reconciliation and analysis of GL accounts Reviews and reconciles intercompany/branch office accounts Supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close Manages fixed assets activities, including addition, disposals, depreciation, impairment and movement of fixed assets and intangible assets. Conducts annual Fixed Asset Inventory Count Prepares and maintains monthly fixed assets roll forward and capital leases schedules. Works with and support the accounting team in day-to-day activities, special projects, and workflow process improvements Provides support for the annual audits performed by independent auditors Supports financial audit, tax audit, internal audit and Government audit Key contact to parent company for Financial Reporting and special projects Provides support for various ad hoc projects as needed Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required. CPA preferred. 8+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance field. Experience in Oracle ERP, Concur, excellent Excel skills required. Must have strong and excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills. Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally if required. Must be a strategic and out-of-the box thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, and strong customer relationship building abilities. Semiconductor or High-tech industry experience is a plus. Experience in a Japanese company or a start-up environment is a plus. Seniority level
