The People Practices Content (Knowledge) Specialist publishes customer-facing and internal content, including knowledge articles, FAQs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and desktop references into the ServiceNow and DPR Toolbox platforms. Manages content personalization through tagging and keyword searches tailored to role, level, and geography. Sets review, approval, and expiration dates for content while collaborating with authors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content is written from an SME perspective. Reviews and edits content to enhance readability, comprehension, and accessibility for the workforce. Responsibilities

Publish various types of content (knowledge articles, FAQs, SOPs, desktop references) into ServiceNow and DPR Toolbox; ensure accuracy and updates. Manage content personalization by tagging and utilizing keyword searches for role, level, and geography. Set and manage review, approval, and expiration dates for all content pieces. Collaborate with authors and SMEs to guide content development; facilitate workshops or training sessions to improve content creation skills. Review and edit content for clarity, readability, and alignment with organizational standards; ensure content is accessible to the workforce. Monitor content performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement; implement best practices and stay updated with industry trends. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. 5+ years of experience in content management, communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources. Experience with content management systems, preferably ServiceNow. Proven experience collaborating with SMEs and editing technical content for a general audience. Certifications and Licenses

Content management or HR-related certification preferred (e.g., CPLP, PHR). Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with local law, compensation information is disclosed where required. Pay Range: $80,000 to $115,000. Anticipated Starting Pay Range: $80,000.00-$115,000.00.
