We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our TekSynap Defense team. TekSynap is a fast-growing high-tech company focused on information management for Federal Government customers. Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical expertise and perform in-depth analysis of specialized applications and complex operating environments. Deliver comprehensive systems analysis, design support, integration assistance, and documentation guidance for highly complex challenges. Advise on system solution design and deployment to ensure alignment with mission objectives and business requirements. Contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentations. Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend technology enhancements to support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications
Five (5) years relevant experience. Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., Security+) Clearance - Secret Work Environment and Physical Demands
Locations: Hybrid/Remote with intermittent travel to the Washington D.C. area Type of environment: Hybrid/Remote Noise level: Medium Work schedule: Day shift Monday – Friday; evenings and weekends may be required to meet program and contract needs Amount of Travel: Less than 10% Work Authorization/Security Clearance
