From both a personnel and systems perspective, the US Navy is growing fast. As a Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) Analyst, you'll play an integral role in the strategic planning and execution work required to provide our Navy clients with big-picture ideas rooted in technical and data-driven solutions that will help to propel them into the future and ensure military and maritime dominance. You will support the end-to-end BAM process for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all required documentation. You will collaborate with program managers, technical leads, product support managers and financial analysts to gather and synthesize data. You will develop findings for senior leadership, ensuring compliance with NAVSEA, OPNAV, and SECNAV standards and policies. You will help the U.S. Navy conduct critical analyses around sparing and provisioning. You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders around the world to work collaboratively to improve communication and workflow. You thrive on supporting a winning team and are eager to develop your acquisition, program management, and logistics expertise. 3+ years of experience leading or contributing to the Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) process for NAVSEA customers Experience with USN or NAVSEA data systems, including ERP, PBIS, and MBPS Secret clearance Bachelor\'s degree in an Engineering, Business, or Public Policy field Nice If You Have
5+ years of experience serving in or supporting the US Navy, including conducting product support manager functions in a USN program office Experience with program management of major ACAT programs Experience with the PPBE cycle Master\'s degree PMP, DAWIA PM, or LCL Level II or III Certification Clearance

Salary range and benefits: Booz Allen offers health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for benefits. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
