A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate Attorney for its Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in employment-based immigration, including handling H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, E's, O-1s, L-1s, and TN's. The role involves managing client work and supporting various business immigration matters.
Duties
Assess visa options and manage case assignments. Track case progress and conduct regular client status calls. Support Members in managing client relationships and internal teams. Supervise junior associates, paralegals, and support staff. Requirements
3-4 years of employment-based immigration experience. Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills. High-level attention to detail and strong academic credentials. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction. Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in managing client relationships. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Health insurance with optional HSA/FSA.
