About the Sales Team Our Sales team manages the full sales cycle, helping prospects and existing customers leverage Mixpanel to analyze, measure, and improve their customer experience. The team consists of two roles - Account Executives who bring in new business, and Account Managers responsible for nurturing existing customers. The team covers high-growth tech companies with employee sizes from 1-500. About the Role

This is a hybrid role based out in the San Francisco Bay Area. As an Account Executive, you\'ll help our future customers understand the power of Mixpanel as the best-in-class product analytics solution in the market. You will build relationships with prospects and key stakeholders, and collaborate with internal partners like Solutions Engineering to win together as one team. You\'ll leverage your prospecting skills in SaaS sales to tech companies, together with strong knowledge of Mixpanel\'s product and ecosystem, to close new business and power the next generation of innovative companies. Responsibilities

Prospect into targeted accounts, build and maintain pipeline, and own the sales cycle from start to finish. Drive awareness of Mixpanel as a solution and handle inbound requests from interested prospects. Maintain accurate Salesforce records related to New Business opportunities and deliver accurate weekly revenue forecasts. Approach all deals with a customer-focused mentality; develop relationships and uncover needs of multiple stakeholders to find value moments. Sell with a long-term, consultative approach. Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Legal. Understand Mixpanel\'s competition and technology partners to advise customers on our place in the analytics market. We\'re Looking For Someone Who Has

2+ years of full-cycle SaaS Sales experience as an Account Executive. Strong outbound prospecting skills with a track record of closing net-new business. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; strong interpersonal abilities and team orientation. Adaptability and resilience; ability to thrive in changing environments. Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and drive to excel; curiosity for the product analytics space. Bonus Points For

Experience selling into high-growth tech companies. Experience with Mixpanel or other analytics tools. The compensation listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base pay and variable pay (bonus or commissions). Variable pay type is determined by role and level. This position is eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance. Salary ranges are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area tech market and are reviewed biannually; individual pay is determined by experience and qualifications.
